One of my favorite pictures of my dad singing to baby me and my oldest sister back when my parents were raising us in a tiny trailer house on the ranch with nothing but good intentions and a dream. It was tough for them. Things didn’t work out at times and they had to start the plan over. Make sacrifices. But we never knew. We just knew the love. I’m not much older now than dad was in this picture. I wonder if he could have dreamed we’d still be making music together on this ranch 36 years later?
